The Great Companion

The stamp on top is a stamp to remember the Pony Express for giving us the great service it did to send mail. This stamp was to celebrate the Pony Express’ 80^th anniversary. As you can see, this stamp was in 1940 instead of 1860. So this means that this stamp is 64 years old. But the Pony Express was 114 years ago if you count it from this year to the year when the Pony Express was found. That’s a long time. The Pony Express made now more improvement to the world because of its way of sending mail. If it wasn’t for the Pony Express we couldn’t even have a United States Postal Service today. So I think that the Pony Express was a great service because it helped us have a great mail service, The United States Postal Service.
