Current Communication Uses of Balloons

    Balloons are used in the field of aerial cinematography.  They contribute to the ability of a director to communicate to an audience the wonders of places that they have never been or will never experience. The balloons transport equipment and photographers to areas that are otherwise inaccessible and allow them to gather data that is taken back and made into films, books and documentaries.
