Christopher Nevinson
Christopher Nevinson was a British World War I artist who drew pictures of the more mechanical parts of the war. He made paintings of the Western Front and on the front lines. Charles Masterman published his works which gave the public a view of the more mechanical/modern parts of war instead of man to man fighting.

Charles Masterman was a leading World War I propagandist. He sponsored Christopher Nevinson, Paul Nash, and Wyndham Lewis. He gave the public a view of how the government stood during the war.
Sir William Orpen
Sir William Orpen painted pictures of important senior military and political figures. He was a portrait painter and was important because at the Paris Peace Confrence his paintings were responsible for the Signing of Peace.
Paul Nash
Paul Nash painted and sketched pictures of the landscape of World War I and trench life. He was sponsored by the leading propagandaist, Charles Masterman. His work was published leaving a lasting image of the reality of war.
Percy Wyndham Lewis
Percy Wyndham Lewis was a World War I painter who  painted the more modern mechanical faces of warfare and used his paintings in the Canadian War Memorial leaving a mark of what happened in war . He also painted developments in Germany.
Sir Muirhead Bone
Sir Muirhead Bone was a war artist who joined the British propaganda war effort. He was known for his profilic and detailed drawings which were used to give the message of the destruction in The Great War. He also drew some artwork of the Western Front.
