Bergon, Frank.  The Journals of Lewis and Clark.  New York: Penguin Books, 2003.

This book is my most important and most reliable source of information.  It is the day-to-day accounts of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark.  It refers to Sacagawea many times, yet it is still not enough to totally finish my website.  I need many more to finish my project.  This book will help me much throughout the making of my website.  Its information is very important to me.

“Fact Sheet: Court Interpreters.” 2004. California Courts Friday, January 21.

            <http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/?refernce/documents/ctinterp.pdf >

This is another important source.  I am making a section of my website dedicated to interpreting to further link my topic to the theme.  I think of it as a primary source because it was written by the court itself.  It contains many facts about court interpreters and the circumstances which are needed to become a certified interpreter.  It will aid me much in the production of the section of my site entitled “Interpreting.”

“Job Opportunity for Court Interpreter Pro Tempore.”  California Courts. Friday, January

21. <http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/programs/courtinterpreters/documents/career.pdf>

This is another primary source that is primary because it was written by the court itself.  It is also reliable and helpful.  It will contribute to the creation of the section of my site titled “Interpreting.”  It will not contribute as much as the source I have listed previously, yet it will still make a contribution by giving me information about the requirements for being a modern-day interpreter.  I also will use an Illustration that is on this website.
